Get ready for a day of skiing or snowboarding. Whether you have never been before or have some experience, the Liftopia ski bus is the most convenient way to get to the mountains. You get round-trip transportation from your choice of several Detroit and Ann Arbor pick-up locations to Mt Brighton in Southeast Michigan. Standard package includes transportation and a lift ticket, but you can choose bus-only if you have a pass. There are options for equipment rentals and lessons.

The Liftopia Mt Brighton bus trip has an option for a Learn to Ski or Snowboard package that includes transportation, a lift ticket, equipment rental, and a beginner lesson. If you are just starting out with snow sports or it has been awhile, the Learn to Ski or Snowboard package is an excellent value.

A trained Liftopia Host accompanies each trip to ensure the day runs smoothly. In addition to distributing lift tickets and rental & lesson vouchers, the Liftopia Host will answer questions and guide you through the process. If you are new to Mt Brighton, the Liftopia Host can guide you to the best runs for your skill level and other resort tips.

Pickup times depend on the date and location. When you "Check Availability," you'll be able to see times for the trip you are interested.

Goggles, gloves, ski pants, ski jacket, sun screen, and cash or a credit card for lunch at the mountain. If you are not renting equipment, you should also bring your own along.

The bus gets back to Ann Arbor around 5.30pm and back to Detroit around 6.30pm. Please note timing is approximate and depends on traffic and conditions.

No, lunch is not included in your ticket. There are multiple food options at the mountain or you can choose to pack one along.

Yes! They range in cost of $5-$10 for the day depending on size.

Nope! One of the reasons for Liftopia Ski buses is to get more people out to the mountains, so they can learn to love snow sports as much as we do. To get a good start, we recommend a Learn to Ski or Snowboard package.

Other than with the Learn to Ski or Snowboard package, lessons are not available as part of Liftopia Mt Brighton ski bus trip. You may be able to work out separate arrangements with the resort.

Unfortunately, the bus transportation is only valid for use within a single day. This is to ensure that all of our customers have available seats for the return to journey to Detroit / Ann Arbor on any given day.

Unfortunately, driving yourself is prohibited. We do this for logistical and liability reasons.

Trip is nonrefundable. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss the event. In the event of a cancellation by the operator, your ticket will be fully refunded. Event subject to change/cancellation based on weather/river/snow level conditions. All trips run rain or shine; in the unlikely event of a cancellation you will be notified via email. For reschedules within 10 days of departure there is a $35 rescheduling fee per person. There are no reschedules or refunds for missing the bus or no-shows. Each ticket is good for one (1) person, unless specified otherwise. Trips involving alcohol are 21+ , valid ID required. All other trips are 18+. The deal is valid only for tickets on the date[s] of the event as listed and may not be exchanged or redeemed for any other dates. Provided transportation by Liftopia and Sourced Adventures is required; you may not drive yourself. In order to attend any Liftopia Experience partnered with Sourced Adventure whether your ticket is purchased directly through Liftopia, Sourced Adventures, Inc. or any of their affiliates, distributors or partners you are required to sign and submit a copy of our release of liability waiver before departure. We will collect your waiver on-site and by attending you must agree to our release of liability terms outlines in our waiver.
